Philip Morris opens new digital information service centre in Campania

It consists of a total investment of about 50 million euro over five years

At the International Mediterranean Forum “Verso Sud”, organised by The European House-Ambrosetti in Sorrento, Philip Morris Italia has announced the opening of its new Digital Information Service Centre in Italy: the Philip Morris DISC Campania. The Centre, based in Marcianise (Caserta), is aimed at consumers of the Philip Morris group’s non-combustion products in Italy. The news was given in the presence of the Minister for European Affairs, Cohesion Policies and PNRR, Raffaele Fitto; Marco Hannappel, president and CEO of Philip Morris Italy and President of the South-Western Europe area of Philip Morris International; Valerio De Molli, CEO of The European House-Ambrosetti; Gennarino Masiello, national vice-president of Coldiretti; Luigi Scordamaglia, managing director of Filiera Italia and Luigi Traettino, president of Confindustria Campania.

The Philip Morris DISC Campania, run by a leading company in the branch of digital consumer services, already employs 220 people and consists of a total investment of about 50 million euro over five years.

The Marcianise site complements the company’s customer care activities on the national territory. Philip Morris DISC Campania is also equipped with the most advanced and innovative customer relationship management (CRM) systems, based on a complete digitisation of processes and on the use of the best cloud technologies.
