MIMIT and Alumni Association, pact to attract investment to Italy

The programme will be officially presented through an international Roadshow, which will also be part of the entire package of initiatives promoted by CAIE to increase foreign investment in Italy

The Ministry of Business and Made in Italy and the Presidents in Italy of the Alumni Associations of the main international business schools (Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Columbia, IESE, INSEAD, Yale, Wharton, Brown, IE) are launching a collaboration to attract investments in Campania.

The initiative is part of the ‘Eccellenze Italiane nel Mondo’ (Italian Excellence in the World) programme, which MIMIT is also developing through the LinkedIN platform, to involve our most successful compatriots in the world. The aim of the programme is in fact to provide Italian institutions with a vast and qualified access to relations that can help attract more investment, and quality, to our country.

The collaboration with the Alumni Associations will give further impetus to the development of the programme of the Foreign Investment Attraction Committee, which is focusing on the creation of the Single Desk for Investments, as well as on the construction of a National Offer of all operations of potential interest to foreign investors. The aggregation of these networks of professionals and decision-makers will help to spread awareness of these initiatives among the relevant professional and investor communities, as well as institutions, companies, the research system and the financial realities of origin.
